- Ideally we are striving for Papa Day to be a mainly family event; we understand others will come which is fine and we welcome them but we are not “planning” to invite others.
- Those who pay for the t-shirts we are moving forward with the assumption that they will also pay for their activities and bus fairs.
- We are thinking about leaving some money from the pot with Papa once we see what we have left over and decided on an amount.

- Everyone bring all supplies that we are taking from here, including but not limited to clothes, supplies for Papa Day, gifts that are being donated; to be divided up among each other to take.
