Dacres Family Reunion 2011 – Meeting 12 – May 13, 2011

What was discussed?
- Getting everyone’s shirt size/info
- $1000 tentative budget for papa day
- Finalize logistics for papa day: table, chairs, equipment, etc…
- Order t-shirts beginning of June
- Another potential cookout fundraiser for 2nd week of June
- Break down people into groups to better delegate
- Possibly sending off separate bag/s with: supplies, reunion t’s, donated clothes
- Fundraising:
o $614.62 spent on cookout
o $1455.22 made at cookout
o $840.38 profit from cookout
o $3047.73 currently in account
