What was discussed?
- Send emailing breaking down dues process to everyone explaining $550 for everyone from Sept-July. Your monthly is $50, the total if everyone commits by July will be $4,400
- Winsome house number on the flyer
- Cooking Responsibilities:
o Winsome: Mac and cheese, mashed pots/gravy, Sweet Potatoes, Turkey, Greens, Stuffing/Dressing
o Vivienne: Cabbage, White Rice, Jerk Chicken
o Charmaine: Oxtail, Green Beans, Rice and Peas
o Dwayne: Pineapple Upside Cake, Cornbread
o Lorna: Rolls and Sweet potatoes pie

What was discussed?

- = Garage Sale/Food sale earned $253

- = Every Department needs a budget established

- = Candy sales ongoing

- = Another garage sale in the spring

- = Another dinner

- = Guest List: End of January to confirm to be ale to book with us after that they are on their own hotel/travel wise. Save the date and such sent out this month.

- = Thanksgiving fundraiser dinner

o Find out 800 number for food reservations

o Base camp at Aunty Lorna’s

o MENU:

§ Meats: Turkey, Jerk Chicken, Oxtails

§ Sides: Greens, Green Beans, Sweet Potatoes, Stuffing/Dressing, Red Beans and Rice, White Rice, Cabbage, Mac and Cheese, Mashed Pots/Gravy, Rolls, Cornbread.

§ Dessert: Pineapple Upside Down Cake and Sweet Potato Pie

o Pricing:

§ Turkey/4 sides $12

§ Oxtails/3 sides $14

§ Jerk Chicken/3 sides $12

§ add dessert $1.50

§ All Meats (10-15 people): Oxtails $60 Jerk $40 Turkey $40

§ All sides (10-15 people): Mac and cheese, sweet yams, mashed potatoes/gravy, stuffing, green beans $20

§ Greens, cabbage, R&P $25

o Hours of operation ON Thanksgiving Day 11am-4pm
