What was discussed?
- Getting everyone’s shirt size/info
- $1000 tentative budget for papa day
- Finalize logistics for papa day: table, chairs, equipment, etc…
- Order t-shirts beginning of June
- Another potential cookout fundraiser for 2nd week of June
- Break down people into groups to better delegate
- Possibly sending off separate bag/s with: supplies, reunion t’s, donated clothes
- Fundraising:
o $614.62 spent on cookout
o $1455.22 made at cookout
o $840.38 profit from cookout
o $3047.73 currently in account

o use $300 out of account to buy what it can
o prices:
• Oxtails and ribs/w 3 sides $14
• jerk, curry, & catfish/w 3 sides $12
• hamburger and hotdogs/w 2 sides and a drink $5
• pop/chips individually $.50
o Menu:
• Oxtail, jerk, curry, ribs, catfish, burgers, hotdogs
• Rice, potato salad, baked beans, cabbage, rolls, mac&cheese, greens, fried plantain
• Pauline: Oxtail/ribs/jerk/r&p
• Winsome: greens/mac&cheese/catfish/baked beans
• Charmaine: curry chx/cabbage/plain rice
